Salad dressing with onions and pumpkin seeds

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar, white
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seed oil
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp mustard, à l’Ancienne, old style
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of nutritional yeast

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

for lamb’s lettuce and field lettuce

Finely dice the onion. Then mix the diced onion with vinegar, salt, pepper, oil, mustard, and nutritional yeast. I use nutritional yeast instead of a pinch of sugar. Lightly roast the pumpkin seeds without fat. Drizzle the dressing with the seeds over the cleaned salad.
