Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g quark, 20% fat
- 100 g cream cheese, natural
- 100 g crème fraîche
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp herbal salt (wild garlic salt)
- possibly wild garlic paste or fresh wild garlic
- some pepper, white
- ½ cucumber(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Enjoyment without garlic breath
Wash, dry, and grate the cucumber. Place it in a sieve and sprinkle with wild garlic salt, mix, and let it drain. Combine the quark, cream cheese, crème fraîche, and oil in a bowl. Squeeze the drained cucumber a little more and mix in. If desired, add wild garlic paste or finely chopped leaves. Season to taste. Store in the refrigerator.
