Raspberry punch with wheat beer and Prosecco

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 750 g raspberries, frozen or fresh
  • 200 g sugar
  • 125 ml white rum
  • 2 bottles of wheat beer
  • 1 bottle of Prosecco
  • 1 bottle of mineral water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Warning: Danger of addiction! Also very popular with men, suitable for parties

First, the raspberries are sugared and soaked in rum. Let them steep. Carefully add the remaining ingredients just before serving. It tastes fresh and raspberry-like, with the beer barely noticeable. It’s always a great drink!
