Simple melon punch

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 melon(s) (watermelon), approx. 2 kg
  • 1 bottle of dry white wine
  • 1 bottle of sparkling wine

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the watermelon into small, bite-sized pieces and place them in a punch bowl. Pour the white wine over the whole thing and let it chill thoroughly for about 1 hour. To serve, place the melon pieces and the wine in a beautiful glass and top with sparkling wine. If you don’t like a lot of alcohol, you can also top it with mineral water and lemonade. A wonderful drink in the hot summer.
