Wheat beer punch with raspberries

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 3 packs of raspberries, frozen
  • 250 g powdered sugar
  • 1 bottle of syrup (raspberry syrup)
  • 100 ml raspberry liqueur
  • 1 bottle of sparkling wine
  • 6 bottles of beer (wheat beer)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine raspberries, powdered sugar, raspberry syrup, raspberry brandy, and sparkling wine in a container and let it steep in the cold for several hours. Stir in the wheat beer before serving.
