Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 cl cachaça
- 10 cl strawberries, pureed
- 1 lime(s), 2 eighths of which
- 3 tsp raw cane sugar
- Strawberries for garnishing
- crushed ice

Caipifruit, Caipifresa
For the strawberry puree, clean the strawberries, remove the stems, and puree the berries with a hand blender (if strawberries aren’t in season, frozen strawberries can also be used). Wash the lime and cut into eight wedges. Place two lime wedges into a caipirinha glass and cover with the raw cane sugar. Mash with a wooden muddler. Add some crushed ice, cachaça, and strawberry puree, and mix everything together. Fill the glass to the rim with crushed ice, place a strawberry on the rim, and serve.
