Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 ml Prosecco
  • 100 ml carbonated mineral water
  • 30 ml elderflower syrup
  • ¼ lime(s)
  • 2 leaves mint, fresh
  • 3 ice cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Aperitif Cocktail

Pour the Prosecco into a long-stemmed wine glass and top with the mineral water. Add the elderflower syrup and the juice of a quarter to half a lime—depending on how citrusy you like it. Pick two or three mint leaves from the stem, rub them briefly between your fingertips, and then add them to the glass. Stir and add ice—done.
