Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g natural yogurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp vinegar (herb vinegar)
- 2 tsp mustard (Dijon cream)
- Herbs (salad herbs)
- herbal salt
- Black pepper, freshly ground
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
particularly fine with Dijon cream
Mix the yogurt with the vinegar and oil. Then, according to taste, stir in 1-2 teaspoons of Dijon cream. Season to taste with salad herbs, herb salt, and black pepper. Tip: Add a clove of garlic.
