Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 250 g sour milk (cream sour milk)
- 1 lemon(s), juice
- 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 2 tbsp chives
- salt and pepper
Instructions

always goes down well with jacket potatoes
Mix the sour cream with the quark, lemon juice, and mustard. Then season the sauce with salt, pepper, and sugar, add the chives, and let it sit for a while. We serve the sour cream with baked potatoes and grilled garlic cloves, of course; it’s delicious and always a hit.
