Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 carrots
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 200 g soy sprouts
- 200 g glass noodles or egg noodles
- Water
- 2 tbsp oil
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- salt and pepper
- Soy sauce
- sesame oil

light main course, easy preparation
Peel the carrots and slice into thin sticks. Trim the spring onions and slice diagonally. Drain the sprouts. Break the noodles into bite-sized pieces. Pour boiling water over them and soak for about 2 minutes, then drain. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the minced meat until crumbly, and remove. Sauté the spring onions in the frying fat until al dente. Add the carrots and bean sprouts and cook briefly. Mix in the minced meat and glass noodles and fry over high heat for another 5 minutes. Finally, season generously with salt, pepper, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
