Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 cups of cream
- 2 tsp mustard (medium hot)
- 2 tsp mustard (sweet)
- 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp chives
- 2 pinches of onion powder
- 4 pinches of freshly ground pepper
- Salt
- 2 dashes of Tabasco
- Water, to refill
- 1 lemon(s)
- 4 tbsp oil
- Parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 15 minutes
Crush the garlic cloves. Squeeze the lemon. Mix the oil, lemon, cream, and the remaining ingredients well and let it sit in the refrigerator for about 6 hours. This delicious dressing is ready and goes especially well with a crisp iceberg lettuce with Lollo Rosso cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, corn, and some grated cheese.
