Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 cups of natural yogurt (large cups) or Greek yogurt
  • some cream
  • some salt
  • some pepper
  • some garlic
  • some paprika powder
  • some sugar
  • n. B. Herbs of Provence

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

with iceberg lettuce, simple and delicious

Mix the natural yogurt with a little cream. Stir in a little each of salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, and sugar, and season to taste. Finally, add Provençal herbs, if desired. Tastes great with iceberg lettuce with bell peppers, cucumber, mozzarella, and whatever else you like.
