Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 dl herb vinegar or white wine vinegar
- 3 dl sunflower oil or rapeseed oil
- 1 egg(s), boiled
- 1 tbsp mustard or horseradish paste
- Chives, finely chopped
- Parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 dl cream to refine, according to taste
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
optionally with or without cream
Combine all ingredients and blend briefly. For those who enjoy salad often, it’s a good idea to prepare a larger batch. The sauce will keep in the refrigerator for 2 weeks (1 week if using cream).
