Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • pepper
  • Herbs (salad herbs), fresh or dried
  • 5 drops of sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar (fruit vinegar)
  • 3 tbsp oil, depending on your taste olive oil, sunflower oil or rapeseed oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Dissolve the sugar and salt in the vinegar, then gradually whisk in the oil. Mix in the pepper and salad herbs to taste.
