Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g marzipan paste
  • 7 eggs
  • Fat for the mold
  • possibly cake icing or powdered sugar

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

super fast and super tasty

Preheat the oven to 160°C (top/bottom heat). Crumble the marzipan mixture and beat it with the eggs until creamy. Pour the mixture into a greased Bundt pan and bake at 160°C for about 15 minutes. Then reduce the oven temperature to 130°C and bake for another 30-35 minutes. Test for doneness! Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool completely. Then remove it from the pan. If desired, you can glaze the cake or dust it with powdered sugar.
