Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g potatoes, cooked
  • 40 g semolina
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Grate the potatoes into a bowl. Then add the semolina, egg, and salt and mix with a wooden spoon. Once everything is well blended, add the flour. The dough should be firmer and more malleable. Knead in a little more flour if necessary. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to a thickness of about 1.5 cm. Now you can cut out the animals using small cutters (not too small ones). Heat the oil in a pan and carefully place the potato animals in the pan. When one side is nice and light brown, turn the animals over and fry the other side as well.
