Salads: Freezer-style Beef Salad

The perfect salads: freezer-style beef salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Cooked beef *
  • 1 piece Apple
  • 1 piece Fresh shallot
  • 10 cm Cucumber fresh
  • 2 piece Mushrooms brown
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise*
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika paste
  • Salt and pepper
  1. * The “mayor’s piece” was left of the beef soup and nobody wanted it in the broth or fried afterwards. So I made a salad of it.
  2. Cut the cooked beef into very small cubes. Peel the apple and onion and also cut into small cubes.
  3. Do the same with the cucumber and the cleaned mushrooms. Mix everything.
  4. Add mayonnaise *, paprika paste, salt and pepper, stir well, let steep for two hours and season again before serving – here with a fresh pretzel.
