Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 4 tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
- 1 tsp vegetable broth, organic
- 1 tsp honey, agave syrup or stevia sweetener
- 1 tsp, leveled mustard, sweet or medium hot
- 1 tsp herbs of your choice
- some garlic powder as needed
- n. B. Pfeffer
- e.g. onion(s) or spring onions
Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a tall mixing bowl and blend with a hand blender until the sauce emulsifies. Then add diced onions or scallions, if desired. This sauce is usually enough for one head of lettuce or two romaine lettuce leaves. Tip: Raisins also go well with the sauce and a crisp leaf salad. Note: For herbs, I like to use Provençal herbs in winter and whatever the garden has to offer in summer.
