Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 ml sesame paste
- 150 ml lemon juice
- 3 garlic cloves
- 50 g parsley
- 4 tbsp water
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Finely chop the parsley and garlic. Mix the sesame paste with lemon juice, water, garlic, and salt until smooth. Finally, stir in the parsley. Refrigerate and let stand for one hour before serving.
