Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 tbsp sherry vinegar
  • 1 tsp mustard (white wine mustard) or tarragon mustard
  • some salt
  • some pepper from the mill
  • 4 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp chives in rolls

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 2 minutes

Mix the vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper. Whisk in the oil and add the chives.
