Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 375 g flour
- 250 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 25 g baking cocoa
- 150 g butter, soft
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 250 ml milk
- 8 tsp instant coffee powder (cappuccino powder)
- 4 tsp espresso powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Preheat the oven to 180°C and prepare a baking dish. Mix together the sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, butter, and eggs. In another bowl, combine the flour with the cocoa, cappuccino, espresso, and baking powder. Gradually add to the butter mixture, occasionally adding a splash of milk. If the dough starts to rise on the mixer, add a little more milk. Pour into the dish and bake for 40-50 minutes. Check the skewer test occasionally.
