Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 tbsp sherry vinegar
- 1 tsp mustard (white wine mustard) or tarragon mustard
- some salt
- some pepper from the mill
- 4 tsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp chives in rolls
Instructions
Working time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 2 minutes
Mix the vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper. Whisk in the oil and add the chives.
