Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 bags of tortellini, from the refrigerated section
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 150 ml milk
  • cornstarch
  • 150 g smoked cooked ham
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg
  • Broth, instant
  • Parmesan, freshly grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

super quick in 10 minutes and totally delicious

Pour the cream into a sufficiently large pan and heat. Dice the ham and add it. Simmer gently for 2 minutes to thicken the cream slightly. Add the milk, bring to a boil, and then add the tortellini to the pan. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, and perhaps a little bouillon powder. If the sauce is too runny, you can thicken it with a little cornstarch. It’s also delicious if you add a handful of grated Parmesan to the finished pan and toss it around. Serve immediately.
