Ham noodles à la Dieter

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g ribbon pasta, twisted
  • 200 ml cream
  • 200 g ham (back ham), diced
  • 1 tbsp lovage, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper, black
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

with lovage (Maggi herb) – quick and easy

Cook pasta in salted water according to the instructions until al dente and drain in a sieve. Rinse briefly with cold water. Meanwhile, heat butter in a pan. Briefly sauté ham cubes. Add drained pasta to the ham and mix. Add cream with lovage and simmer until creamy. Season with salt and pepper and toss with the pasta. Serve with a salad.
