Strong yogurt-Maggi dressing

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Maggi or Melfor seasoning – but then a little more
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 3 tbsp vinegar (I like to use apple or white wine vinegar)
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp natural yogurt
  • e.g. curry powder
  • n. B. Pepper, black

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix until smooth. This dressing tastes great with lamb’s lettuce and bacon.
