Ingredients for 4 servings:
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp Maggi or Melfor seasoning – but then a little more
- 1 tsp mustard
- 3 tbsp vinegar (I like to use apple or white wine vinegar)
- 4 tbsp oil
- 3 tbsp natural yogurt
- e.g. curry powder
- n. B. Pepper, black
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix until smooth. This dressing tastes great with lamb’s lettuce and bacon.
