Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 175 g flour
- 50 g sugar
- 50 g margarine
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp oil
- 500 g quark
- 500 ml milk
- 150 g sugar
- 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla flavor)
- 1 lemon(s)
- 4 egg yolks
- 4 egg whites
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
Instructions

Prepare an oil-based batter from the ingredients. Line a 28 cm springform pan with it thinly, slightly raising the edges. Then mix the filling ingredients thoroughly with a mixer and add to the batter. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for approximately 40-45 minutes on the lowest rack. The filling should no longer be runny. Beat the egg whites with a little sugar until well beaten and pour over the hot, pre-baked cake. Return to the oven for another 10 minutes (reduce the temperature to 150°C if necessary) until the topping is a lovely golden brown. Allow to cool thoroughly before serving.
