Marinade for grilled meat

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tsp honey
  • ½ lemon(s), juice
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet

Instructions

especially good for about 500 g of dark meat

Squeeze the juice of one lemon and two cloves of garlic into a shallow bowl (or deep plate), then add the honey and a teaspoon of sweet paprika. Season with salt and pepper. Let the dark meat (e.g., beef, ostrich, or lamb) marinate in the marinade for about half an hour, then place it on the grill. The marinade is enough for about 500g of meat, is quick to make, requires little work, and is a huge hit at barbecues.
