Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 80 g flour
  • 80 g cornstarch
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 200 ml white wine
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

for frying meat and vegetables

Combine the above ingredients in a bowl and form a smooth batter. Dip bite-sized pieces of meat or vegetables, previously coated in flour, into this batter. The batter is then deep-fried in the fat of a deep fryer heated to 120°C to 150°C until golden brown. This batter is sufficient for approximately 300g to 500g of meat or vegetables.
