Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 800 g fresh mushrooms or mushrooms of your choice
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 100 ml cream
- 2 tsp crème fraîche
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
First, clean and slice the mushrooms. Also clean and slice the onion. Sauté the onions vigorously in a pan. Once they are translucent (depending on your taste), add the mushrooms and sauté for about 10-15 minutes. Once the mushrooms have released their liquid, season with salt and pepper. Stir in the cream and crème fraîche. Simmer for about 5 minutes, then serve. Fresh spaetzle (noodles) go perfectly with this dish.
