Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g bratwurst, fresh or fresh minced meat
- 3 onions
- 1 jar mushrooms
- ½ jar Puszta salad
- 3 tbsp paprika sauce
- 2 tsp flour
- Fat
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Country woman’s recipe
Skin the sausage and form the meat into small balls. Fry them all over in hot fat. Slice the onions into rings and add them to the meat along with the drained mushrooms. Cook until the onions are translucent. Then add the Puszta salad and paprika sauce. Add a little water and thicken the sauce with the flour. Serve with toast, baguette, or rice.
