Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g meat sausage in one piece
  • 5 onions
  • 2 tbsp Hungarian-style paprika sauce
  • 4 tbsp ketchup
  • some fat

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel the onions, slice them into rings, and fry them in a pan. Cut the sausage into approximately 8 mm thick slices and add them to the onions, frying them. Add the paprika sauce and spiced ketchup and mix, allowing it to thicken slightly. Fresh white bread or mashed potatoes are good accompaniments.
