Matjessalat with Radishes, Pineapple and Apple

- 5 Herring fillet
- 1 Red Onion
- 1 Apple
- Pineapple
- 2 tablespoon Sour cream
- 2 tablespoon Creme fraiche Cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
- Sugar
- Wash the matjes fillet thoroughly, pat dry and cut into thin strips.
- Peel the onions, wash the radishes in half and cut both into thin slices.
- Peel and chop the apple and pineapple and add everything to the matjes — mix well.
- Mix the creme fraiche, sour cream, balsamic vinegar and sugar well with salt and pepper to taste. Be careful with the salt, as the herring is already well seasoned
- Now pour everything over the salad, mix well and let everything sit well.
