Ingredients
 

  • 6 Herring fillets
  • 2 Gherkins
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • 200 g Crème fraîche with herbs
  • 100 g Yogurt generic term
  • 25 g Ham cubes
  • Salt and pepper
  • Sugar
  • 1 Apple Elstar

Instructions
 

  • Fry the ham cubes in a pan and leave to cool
  • Dice the onion and cucumber. Mix the yogurt, crème fraîche and 4 tablespoons of cucumber juice together. Then season with salt, pepper and sugar. Stir in the diced ham, cucumber and onion.
  • Dice the matjes. Peel, core and dice the apple. Put together in the sauce.
  • With a nice piece of black bread. Yummy.
