Chicken wings with herb sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g chicken wings, fresh
  • 1 jar white wine (Pinot Gris)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 3 dl olive oil
  • 5 dl mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 5 hours 40 minutes

First, season the chicken wings with salt and pepper, olive oil, and 1 clove of garlic. Mix everything thoroughly, then place in a freezer bag in the refrigerator and let rest for at least 3-4 hours. For the sauce, add 1 clove of garlic, the chives, the parsley, and the white wine to a blender and puree. Then mix the sauce with the mayonnaise. Grill the marinated chicken wings for 15 minutes per side. Then briefly dip them in the sauce and return them to the grill for another 5 minutes per side. Finally, drizzle with the sauce to taste.
