Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg low-fat curd cheese
- 6 eggs, separated
- 300 g sugar
- 2 packets of vanilla pudding powder
- Butter for the mold

Whisk the quark, egg yolks, sugar, and pudding mix thoroughly, then fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour this mixture into a well-greased springform pan. Bake for one hour at medium heat (approx. 175°C). Remove the cake from the oven and let it stand for 5-10 minutes. Turn it upside down to cool.
