Place the butter in a bowl and bring to room temperature. Wash the thyme and rosemary, strip the leaves from the sprigs, and finely chop. Wash the marjoram and parsley, also removing the leaves from the stems and chopping the leaves as finely as possible. Wash the chives and finely chop them. Add all the herbs to the butter. Add the Worcestershire sauce and a little grated zest from a fresh lemon. If you like, mince half a clove of garlic and add it as well. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything well with a fork, a rubber spatula, or a stiff whisk. You can also use a hand mixer to cream the butter a little. Watch the video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jc3RnCwUmQQ
