from the convection grill

Wash the corn-fed chicken thoroughly and pat dry. Season inside and out with salt, pepper, and sweet paprika, then rub it into the meat. Place the corn-fed chicken on a chicken stand and add approximately 100 ml of water to the drip tray. This will moisten the oven cavity and prevent the meat from drying out. Cook the chicken at 200°C using a fan-assisted grill for approximately 90 minutes. Cooking time may vary depending on the oven and the size of the chicken. Tip: If desired, you can make a gravy from the collected roasting juices and rendered fat.
