rich, but delicious

Make a shortcrust pastry from the first four ingredients and place it in a round springform pan (26 cm in diameter). Form a raised edge. Briefly bring the milk, butter, and sugar to a boil and let it cool. This is important, otherwise the cake will curdle later. Then stir in the remaining ingredients and pour the mixture into the pan. Place in the preheated oven and bake as follows: first at 180°C fan-assisted oven for about 15 minutes, then with bottom heat for 15 minutes, and again at 180°C fan-assisted oven for 30 minutes. The cake will still be quite liquid after baking, so it needs to rest in the pan for a few hours.
