Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g pasta, green
- 1 lemon(s)
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 onion(s)
- Salt
- pepper
- basil
- 1 tbsp oil (olive oil)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the pasta. Meanwhile, chop the onion into small pieces and fry briefly in olive oil until translucent. Deglaze with the cream and let it thicken slightly. Finally, squeeze the lemon and add the juice. Season with pepper, salt, and basil. Drain the pasta and serve mixed together in a glass bowl.
