Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g pasta (rigatoni)
- 500 g minced meat
- 2 tbsp oil
- herbs, Italian
- 500 g tomatoes, pureed
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 small zucchini
- 200 g cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the pasta in salted water, drain. Heat the oil and fry the minced meat. Cut the zucchini into half slices, add it, and sauté briefly. Season with salt and pepper, add the tomatoes, and season generously with Italian herbs. Mix everything with the pasta, pour into a baking dish, top with sour cream and cheese, and bake for 20 minutes.
