Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 50 g fat
- 500 g minced meat (beef)
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 3 onions
- 1 apple
- 1 bell pepper(s), green
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 2 tbsp horseradish
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Brown the minced meat in hot fat. Add the tomato paste and brown it. Finely chop the onions, wash, peel, core, and dice the apple along with the deseeded and washed bell pepper. Add the minced meat and seasonings and simmer for about 15 minutes. Season with horseradish before serving. Serve with rice.
