powerful but tasty

Line the bottom of a 24 cm springform pan with parchment paper. Mix the crumbled biscuits with the melted butter and press firmly into the bottom. Chill. For the filling, mix the cream cheese and sugar using an electric hand mixer. Beat in the eggs one at a time, well. Then add the remaining ingredients (let the melted chocolate cool slightly) and mix until smooth. Pour the cream cheese mixture into the cake pan and bake in a preheated oven at approximately 175°C (electric oven) for 50 minutes. After the specified baking time, the cake will still seem a bit soft, but it is really done. Let it cool in the pan (preferably overnight) and enjoy the cake the next day!
