Cheesecake with mandarins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 160 g margarine
  • 200 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 400 g flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 1 kg quark
  • 4 eggs
  • 275 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of oil
  • 1 pack of ready-made cheesecake mix (cheesecake aid)
  • 2 cans of tangerine(s)
  • 2 packs of cake glaze, clear

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

You need a large baking tray with high sides. For the dough, put the margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs and flour with the baking powder in a bowl and mix. Roll out the dough on a tray lined with baking paper. Put the topping ingredients (quark, eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, cream, milk, oil and cheesecake mix) in a large bowl and mix everything well with a hand mixer. Spread the mixture on the rolled out dough. Drain the mandarins well and distribute them evenly. Bake at 175 degrees Celsius for approx. 1 hour. After 1 hour, take the cake out of the oven, cook the glaze according to the instructions (use mandarin orange juice instead of water) and drizzle over the cake.
