Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 100 g sugar
- 65 ml oil
- 1 egg(s)
- ⅛ liter milk
- 2 tsp cinnamon (or a little less)
- 2 cups oatmeal
- some butter
- some sugar
- Grease for the tray
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Combine flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and cinnamon in a bowl. Beat the egg in another bowl until frothy, then add the milk and oil. Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture and mix. Brown the oats in a pan with butter and sugar, then add to the batter. Pour the batter into a greased muffin tin. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
