Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g yogurt (10% fat)
- 250 g mascarpone
- ½ vanilla pod(s), scraped pulp
- 40 g sugar
- 2 cl orange liqueur
- 15 g cane sugar
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 2 mangoes, ripe
- Mint for garnish
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Whisk the creamy yogurt, mascarpone, sugar, orange liqueur, and vanilla pulp until smooth. Peel the mango, puree one and pass it through a sieve. Dice the other mango and marinate it with brown sugar and lemon juice. Layer the mango puree, mascarpone, mango pieces, and mascarpone into glasses. Garnish with mint.
