Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g ground almonds
- 120 g sugar
- 50 g candied lemon, finely chopped
- 50 g candied orange peel, finely chopped
- 100 g raisins, finely chopped
- 1 tsp gingerbread spice
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 2 eggs
- 80 g butter
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 250 g spelt, ground
- 130 g milk
- Cake icing
- possibly grease for the tray
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Preheat the oven to 160-180°C (top/bottom heat) or 175°C (fan oven). Spread the batter evenly onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper or greased with baking powder and bake for 15-20 minutes. Cover the finished cake with icing and let it set. Then cut into slices.
