Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g ground almonds
  • 120 g sugar
  • 50 g candied lemon, finely chopped
  • 50 g candied orange peel, finely chopped
  • 100 g raisins, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp gingerbread spice
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 80 g butter
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 250 g spelt, ground
  • 130 g milk
  • Cake icing
  • possibly grease for the tray

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Preheat the oven to 160-180°C (top/bottom heat) or 175°C (fan oven). Spread the batter evenly onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper or greased with baking powder and bake for 15-20 minutes. Cover the finished cake with icing and let it set. Then cut into slices.
