Ingredients for 16 servings:

  • 75 g margarine
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 150 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 750 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 150 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • some flavoring (lemon oil or lemon sugar)
  • 1 pkt. pudding powder, vanilla, for cooking
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 ml cream, unwhipped
  • 75 g raisins

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Prepare a shortcrust pastry from the first 6 ingredients and line a 26-28 cm springform pan with it. For the topping, mix all ingredients together and bake for about 1 hour at 160 degrees C.
