Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g whipped cream
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 500 g red fruit compote
  • 2 cups of yogurt, vanilla (150g each)
  • 8 apricot halves
  • 4 tsp chocolate rolls (whole milk)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Whip the cream until stiff, gradually adding the vanilla sugar. Spoon the red fruit compote into 4 dessert glasses. Stir the yogurt until smooth and pour over the top. Top each with 2 apricot halves. Spread the cream loosely on top. Decorate with chocolate curls.
