Hawaiian toast with fried egg

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 slices of toast
  • 4 slice(s) pineapple, from the can
  • 4 slices of cooked ham
  • mayonnaise
  • 4 slice(s) processed cheese, square
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Spread the mayonnaise on the toast. Top with a slice of cooked ham, then the pineapple and cheese. Place on a rack lined with baking paper in an oven preheated to 180°C. Bake until the cheese melts over the pineapple and is lightly browned in the center. Meanwhile, fry four fried eggs. Remove the toast from the oven and place them on top. Serve. Bake for approximately 6 minutes. If you like, you can toast the toast before spreading the mayonnaise.
